Do I need to print out my tickets or confirmation email?
We try to save some trees and don't require you to print out your email or your tickets. Once you have purchased your tickets online through our booking system you do not have to print anything out. The booking system will ask you for the names of those in your party. The driver will have an updated list of all those with pre-paid tickets at the bus to help improve the boarding process.
Where is the bus located?
The Grimm Ghost Tours Bus picks up at the designated SLC tour bus parking area at approximately 18 West South Temple. This is located just West of Main Street in downtown Salt Lake City on the North side of the Street. Look for our Grimm Ghost Sign or Black Grimm Ghost Tours Bus. We are just East of the Horse Carriages.
Please arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to find parking and get on the bus. The bus leaves on time and cannot wait for those who are late.
How Do I Redeem Sweetjack, KSL Deals, Groupon or Amazon Certificates?
Those who purchased tickets through our SweetJack, KSL Deals, Groupon or Amazon Local (Living Social) specials, Click on Get Tickets Online Now, then enter your SweetJack, KSL Deal, Groupon or Amazon Local number in the promotion box when ordering tickets to redeem your certificate. For Sweetjack & KSL Deals enter the number exactly as shown (e.g. ABCDEFG-123456-A12345-1234) Amazon Local enter the number and letters minus the dashes (e.g. ABCDEFGHIJKLMN), Groupons enter the redemption code (e.g. ABCDEFGH). After entering the redemption code click on OK, Then select the amount of tickets needed, the Time and Date, and click Book. This will allow you to get your tickets and reserve your seat for the tour.
Where can i find parking downtown?
Parking is free at the meters after 8pm along the streets at night. Another option is to use the free downtown public transit system "TRAX" and exit at the Temple Square or City Creek Stations. Click link below for more parking options.

Do I need to make a reservation?
We suggest purchasing your tickets in advance through our website to guarantee you a seat. You may show up at the bus and purchase tickets at the time of the tour, however, we do sell out often so it is suggested to purchase in advance.
We accept both credit cards and cash at the bus.
Do you offer group rates and custom tours?
Yes we would be happy to accommodate your group to the best of our ability. We offer discounts on any group larger than 4 people. We offer custom tours to groups of 15+ people. Our Grimm Ghost Tours Bus can hold up to 25 people.
Our Group Rates are as follows:
4-9 People $23 Each.
10+ People $20 Each.
The group rate is applied automatically when you purchase your tickets online!

Are the Tours Wheelchair Accessible?
Our tour bus is ADA Compliant; however, some of the locations we visit unfortunately are not. In the future we are looking at finding ways to provide a tour that will be fully ADA Compliant so we don’t exclude anyone from the experience. Sorry for the inconvenience at this time.
Are rest rooms available on the tours?
It is best to use the rest room before the tours as most locations that we visit don't have rest rooms or are closed for the night.
What should I wear?
Please bring comfortable clothing suitable to the weather. The tours consist of both walking and riding on our Grimm Ghost Shuttle in all weather conditions. The winters in Utah can be very cold so it is best to dress warm.
Are the tours too scary for children?
Parts of our stories and experiences are too scary for some adults! The stories mention gruesome deaths and scary subject matter that has the potential to cause nightmares. There is mention of torture, decapitation and tragic deaths. Children are of differing maturity levels and we leave it up to the discretion of the parents/guardians of whether or not to bring their children. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed on the bus.
Can we bring cameras or video recorders on the tours?
We encourage you to bring your cameras and video recorders on the tour. Many of our guests have actually caught pictures of what are believed to be ghosts. Please take as many pictures as you want on the tours.
